All is good, only one comment where the breakfast can be improved further.

Good location. Good facilities.

Hotel is ok.

We had a pretty good stay at the Toyoko Inn Saga. The Japanese style breakfast was great for one of us. The tub was nice but there were hairs left in the bathroom and a few pieces of plastic left on the floor of our cleaned room. Note that check in is at 4! Pretty late and the latest of anywhere we stayed in Japan. You are not allowed in a minute before 4. They have self check in and checkout machines that seem redundant. The staff still have to assist with it as it’s not very straight forward. Why not just have staff check you in? Conveniently located right next to a JR line station and little shopping centre.

The place is great. It is the next a train station with many shops around it. You can find food and almost any essential stuff there. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was nice too.

Location, Location, Location. Next to Saga Train Station (2 minutes). 5 minutes walking to downtown restaurants and shops. Rooms are good size, Free WiFI and Breakfast.

Just a stay，the room is average as part of in Japan,but the staff are not helepful only smile,but not from heart,check out is 10 AM ,even 5mins later they would call you hurry up. Check in is 4 PM. Breakfast is free but no choice only for eat not for enjoy. Just one day stay for transfer,but won’t stay again, still back to Comfort or Washington,now is named APA

For what it was, a basic business hotel, it was fine. The breakfast is completely Japanese so don't expect western options. The bed seemed extremely firm even by Japan standards. The front desk was kind and helpful as was the staff employed in the breakfast area. My room overlooked the station which was unfortunate as I could hear the announcements of all the trains coming in and out. Thankfully, the train does not run all night, but if one is sensitive to noise, make sure not to be on the same side of the hotel as the platform.

Good location. Clean well-equipped room and nice breakfast. Mattresses and pillows VERY hard and uncomfortable-had to use bed-quilt on top of it to soften.

They overcame the language problem by making available translated notices advising how to work the TV etc. One slip handed during check-in was not to to lower the air-con temperature further (which was set to 20 degrees minimum) if we didn't want to wreck the system. To prevent guests from further lowering the temperature, I wonder if it might help if they changed their bed covers to summer material? The orange/yellow polyester padded bed cover with a bed-sheet underneath seems to be used the whole year round as a quilt, but is rather hot for the summer months. This chain hotel in Saga has got its basics right for a no frills stay with a simple breakfast, and amenities like a microwave and toaster oven for guests to use in the lounge area. If you need a nightgown, you have to help yourself from a cupboard facing the counter.

Very convenient , you can actually see the hotel from the station platform right when you get off the JR. double bed is nice ,spacious , bathroom is a bit small but bathtub is large enough and rather deep if you're into that . great bang for the buck at say at least.
