Just incase anyone is wondering, this hotel does have parking available but it is not free. It costs 1,000 yen per night. Good breakfast buffet and quiet hotel.

Tokoyo inn sendai was just fine. As a family traveling all day long, we only needed a place to crash in.
Room was small (they know it's small so they leave you a sign that you can put your luggage under your bed) which was a bit of a struggle.
on 6AM there was a fire alarm through the hotels speakers in Japanese, only few minutes later in english. Luckily, cancelation was quick but in Japanese only as well.
Breakfast os poor and fits Japanese guests only. Bread and barely a juice for westerns.
One of the sheets was dirty but as sokn as we told the receptionist she came with the cleaning lady to see what's the fuss about.

東横INNさんは宿泊代安くて、小学生添い寝無料で、朝食も付いて、アメニティもあってお財布に優しいので良く利用しています！
こちらのホテルは、後ろを電車が通りますが音はそんなに気になりませんでした。
スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。
他の東横INNのホテルさんもですが、一足50円？の使い捨てスリッパが購入できて神経質な私にはとても有り難いです。
機会があったらまた利用したいと思います！

歯ブラシ、クシ、寝間着みたいなやつなどはロビー前から自分で持っていく
ボディースポンジとかアカスリタオルみたいな物は置いてなかったので、部屋に置いてあるタオルを使用したが生地が厚いので絞りづらかった
梅茶と緑茶のインスタントはあるが、コーヒーは無かった

受験のために利用しました。
駅からホテルまで徒歩で5,6分くらいで、その間にコンビニやレストラン、居酒屋などあるので便利でした。地下鉄にもスムーズに行けます。
部屋の横は電車が通っていて、うるさくはないけれど朝早くから少し音が聞こえました。ホテルの周りは静かで落ち着いた様子です。
利用した部屋は狭くてスーツケースを開く場所がなかったのが唯一困ったことでしょうか。
タオルは毎日変えていただけて、こじんまりですが気持ちの良い清潔な空間で過ごせたので良かったです。

子供の大学受験の際に利用させていただきました。
同じ様な受験生親子がたくさん宿泊されているので、朝食は混み合いそうだと思い、他で手配して部屋で食べました。
コーヒーだけいただきに朝食会場へ行ったところ、混み合ってはいましたが、お弁当容器も準備され、部屋で喫食も可能な対応をされていて親切だと感じました。順番待ちの列は出来ていたので、利用予定の方は早目の行動が良いかと思われます。
