They have utensils (bowls, fork, spoons, chopsticks, pans, pots)and microwave, which is perfect for food from the convenient store.
And washing machine for laundry.
One thing which i thought could be better, is to have power points upstairs in the loft.
Would havr given 4 stars for overall rating cos of the little inconvenience in charging gadgets, but what they have more than make up for it. There are also hp chargers around. Solid

Great location and price.
This is a loft style apartment. Could fit 4 adults.
5 minutes from a subway station.
Not suitable for elderly. Perfect for a couple, or young people traveling as a group.
We would stay there again.

시설이 좋고 아기자기 합니다. 2층에는 생각보다 넓어 3명이 잘 수 있어요. 아늑하고 깨끗하고 너무너무 만족합니다. 또 이용하고싶은 숙소에요!

For the price, it is value for money. The place is accessible by bus from the Hakata Train Station/Bus Terminal. Check-in was smooth using the IPAD at the entrance. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no lift but that was not an issue. The unit is very clean. It was great to have a small kitchen, full size refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower/tub, bidet toilet, and washing machine. Aircon was perfect. It was a challenge though reaching the beds located on the loft because of the steep ladder. Futon mattresses were a bit thin for our liking. But overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

きれいで快適でした。ただ近所の人の足音や声が響いて気になりました。あとお湯が10分しか出ないと言うのもどうかと思います。洗濯機があるのはよかったですし、キッチンも綺麗で十分な設備があったと思います。

這次是帶家人與好朋友(共四人)一起到福岡旅遊，挑高夾層的空間可以睡2~3人，樓下還有一個上下舖。行李的話稍微橋一下是可以分別打開整理的。有廚房及乾濕分離的衛浴。以價位來看CP值很高(一個人平均下來才650台幣)，唯一美中不足的部分設備及內裝有一定程度的使用感，但是我認為對得起房價收費。交通部分位於渡邊通及藥院之間，附近有大型超市、傳統市場、三大超商，我覺得很方便。

I travel alone, so the space is good enough for me.
It's really cold indoor,but I didn't ask them. Probably my problem that I didn't know how to adjust the temperature with A/C.
And my phone couldn't find the wifi, but I had esim. Not a big deal.

위치며, 호텔 청결도며 너무너무 다 좋았는데 체크인 하는 장소가 기온이라서, 기온에서 체크인하고 다시 짐을 가지고 숙소로 오는게 힘들었습니다 ㅠㅠ 짐이 없었다면 체크인 장소가 달라도 괜찮았을텐데, 캐리어 가지고 옮겨다니는게 좀 힘들었습니다

8월에 언니 동생이랑 같이 갔습니다. 급하게 구하느라 후기가없어도 모험하는 심정으로 결정했는데
진짜 체크인장소가 따로있어서 찾아가기 어려운점? 빼고는 에어비앤비 같은시설로 건물 두채로 만들어 놨더라구요. 저는 A 201호에 묵었던것 같은데 세세한 청소같은건 약간 별로였지만 세탁기도있고 복층으로되어있고 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘나오고 위치도 좋았어요 체크인장소는 따로있지만 서로 가까워서 문제생기면 바로 해결하기 좋은것같아요. 체크인장소는 따로 알려주는 주소 건물 지하1층에 있어요. ㅇㅇ
복층에서자면 실외기소리가 약간 나긴하는데 여행하고 피곤하니깐 상관없는정도에요 ㅋㅋ
그리고 진짜 화장실이 짱짱좋아요 진짜 진짜 완전 짱입니다
