This hotel is in proximity to multiple train and subway stations, close to Senso-ji temple, multiple combinis and multiple restaurants and stores. It’s quite family friendly, they have a lounge where we can get free complimentary drinks in the evening too. They also have laundry machines, a shared kitchen, a smoking room and even more! We loved our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.

Beautiful rooms and lobby. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The bathroom was a little small but the room was a decent size. It was very close to all the main attractions in Asakusa. Overall very positive.

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. When I tried to check in, the girl at the front desk was very rude and told me 2:00 pm and walked away without explanation. The property was also very loud as there was a party on my first night until 4:30 am, so I could not sleep. Not happy with this stay.

We only stayed here for one evening before we had to head to Yokohama. It's about a 10 minute walk from Asakusa, but tucked in a small side street, so it wasn't too loud. Service was great when we got there. They offered us free drinks OR to have some heated eye masks (we opted for the latter, especially after a long flight from Toronto to Tokyo). The rooms are small — but expected from Tokyo. The only issue was that the elevators were fairly slow, and there were a lot of people waiting for it. So make sure you're not in a rush going somewhere!

the hotel room is a typical one that you will find in Tokyo. Small but gives you everything you need. The hotel has a washer and dryer and they give you certain freebies like lotion and toner. overall a decent option for a cheaper end hotel.

Staff are excellent. In general so is the hotel except there is a steep step up from the bedroom to the bathroom which I couldn't manage so they organised me an extra potable step up, which worked well but I couldn't get on and off the toilet without hurting myself and the accessible rooms were already taken. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor but not ideal for toilet trips in the middle of the night so sadly I had to go elsewhere after my first night, which they arranged for me. I wish I could have stayed.
