Had a great experience here. Easy check-in, friendly staff and great location. Close to Dotonbori. Lots of amenities available in case you forget your razor, toothbrush, etc. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was easy to check in with the app.. Didn't need any interaction with the front desk. It's located close to the action but not right in it and right by a subway stop. The wifi was amazing and was a relief as I needed to remote work. Bathroom was a bit tighter than I would have liked but did the job. Would definitely stay here given the price to value ratio.

Nice modern hotel in a quiet neighborhood. 20 min walk to Dontonburri and other entertainment districts. A few miles from Osaka castle and loads of shrines and temples.

單人房間配置簡單乾淨，但是浴室很小，位置距離地鐵超商不遠，自助check out、寄放行李很方便。
隔音不好，外面的飆車族跟救護車聲音在晚上很明顯，不易入睡的人可能會介意。

L’hôtel nous a indiqué pouvoir réceptionné des bagages envoyés depuis une précédente destination, chose que nous avons faite. La veille de notre départ (après 3j), toujours pas de bagage. Quand je l’indique à la réceptionniste celle ci me répond simplement « OK et qu’est ce que je peux y faire ? » mot pour mot. Elle nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le papier de reçu d’envoi des bagages. Nous avons dû nous rendre dans l’autre hôtel de la chaîne pour demander de l’aide à la réceptionniste ! Celle ci nous a localisé nos bagages grâce à un site de traçage de celui-ci, en nous indiquant que notre hôtel aurait pu le faire ! Au final, la livraison de nos bagages a été refusée par la réception sans que nous sachions pourquoi, nous avons dû nous rendre dans la station yamato pour les récupérer.
Cette expérience désastreuse en terme de service client et de relation humaine, ajouté à l’état déplorable de la moquette de la chambre ainsi que des tâches plus que douteuses sur le canapé chambre 603, PLUS JAMAIS !
