The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. To receive dinner, guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7:30 PM for November-March bookings and 8:30 PM for April-October bookings.
