酒店服務好，有免費車由山形站接我們到酒店，第二天早上又有車送到山形站，酒店大堂有免費咖啡、茶。温泉池算大，有露天及室內溫泉，水溫夠熱，很舒服。晚餐是會席料理，美味豐富，早餐是自助餐，有很多選擇。酒店距離藏王山麓纜車站很近，在酒店門口查詢要到纜車站後，司機二話不說就叫我們上車，把我們送到纜車站，很感謝那位司機的幫忙，這間酒店的服務真好。

ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、広さも使い勝手も大変良いです。食事も質・量共に満足です、特に米沢牛は、柔らかくて厚みもあり、美味しく頂きました。館内も清掃が行き届いており、気持ちが良かったです。ダイニングで働いているご老人は、目配り気配りができて、大変感じよく、他の従業員もこれを見習えば、さらに評価が上がると思います。トレッキング目的で行きましたが、また行ってみたいと思います。

宿泊地エリアでは一番奥だと思いますが、泊まった別館の目の前がスキー場のスロープできれいな芝生状態でした。周辺の温泉巡りも目玉です。

日本房算大，房間有暖氣請記得開！
有shuttle bus可以去巴士站跟纜車站，要跟櫃台說一下，服務態度很好！
從山下走回飯店會有點累，要有心裡準備！
如果預定時是兩個人，但實際入住有小孩要同住，會加收小孩費用，也不算便宜！
滑雪入住算不錯的體驗，如果要c/p值的話，可能可以選更便宜一點的!

冬場はスキー場も近くていいと思います
自分たちは遭遇はしなかったんですが
カメムシが出るとの事
対処法などは記載されていましたが、
照明の傘等にその痕跡が、、、
その辺まで対応して頂いていたら
評価はもっと良かったと思います。
