Staff work excellent friendly efficient rooms were clean we thought breakfast was expensive

Hotel was pretty simple, but the food was good

This hotel was a great place for us to stay for our city break to Luxembourg. It was not far from the city centre and the main transport hubs. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were modern and spacious, you also cannot fault the staff - they were lovely and helpful. The only down side is that the district that the hotel was in did not seem to be the safest. In the evenings it was the worst and you need to keep your wits about you.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant, We ate late at night 3 times, nice menu and good service. Our breakfast was included and it was excellent ! A lot of different choices

They were pushy to make me pay more considering my child aged 16 as an adult but on expedia it was still a child

Excellent location easily accessible by bus from the airport, and a short 11 Euro taxi ride or 15 minutes walking from the train station. Very helpful staff and a great breakfast.

overall clean and quiet the room on the 5th floor was clean and quiet, breakfast was decent and staff were nice and friendly

Such a comfortable stay! Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows! Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Location is convenient. A short walk to the city centre.

The staff was great, especially Tom and Matteo at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant in the morning The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day if you have kids.

It was our 1st time in the city, busy and short, and their location is excellent. Front desk staff was very welcoming and corteous. They were tremendously helpful when our train got canceled. A convenient restaurant downstairs helped us a lot since we were jetleged, and we enjoyed the overall ambiance.

Per the hotel staff the parking structure located directly underneath the hotel belongs to the city. There is no way to get into the structure aside from walking along the car ramp. You can get out but getting requires a card. I tried using the hotel access card and the parking receipt neither worked. The bed is soft and they only give you half a pillow. Yes, despite the fact they give you just one pillow it’s a small pillow. The shower has some Make shift oriental door. Luckily I got a view of an old building with mold on it. I looked up advertisement for this place and found that it cost 159 euros and I paid over $300 plus per night. Thanks Expedia? I will not be back and I will look into not using Expedia again as the rating as the ratings on Expedia seem to be BS. The staff also failed to mention of where to park to bring up luggage. The day I arrived I dragged my luggage up two flights of stairs. I got the idea from another person that stayed at this dump.
