Amazing place with great people, clean room, good location, 10 minutes walk to china town and central market (food in c.market is good and cheap). Lobby is a good place to enjoy hot tea or cafe which is supplied throughout the day. Will come back soon.

I love this hotel. Good location and great staffs. The hotel is close to masjid jamek LRT station and also close to Pudu sentral and Plaza rakyat LRT and Merdeka MRT station. Also the hotel was far enough from main traffic road that at night it was quiet enough to sleep. The room was small but very clean and look new. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly.

It feels quite new. The staffs were generally friendly and were willing to talk with me more than just giving me the room key, that's some warm chit-chating. Room is in good condition, but it is not sound proof so I heard some noises outside of my room, but only occasionally. Good stay at good value.

The most memorable thing about this hotel is the hospitality in its service. Besides of course the quality of the rooms, this hotel is in a location quite close to the LRT station Masjid Jamek.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic budget hotel that we'd definitely go back to.
We're so glad that we chose to stay here. The staff were absolutely fantastic - very friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and exactly as described on the website. It was a reasonable size with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, and the air conditioning unit was amazing (a necessity after a long day in the humidity). Beds were comfortable, too, and so were the pillows. We really enjoyed sitting up on the roof terrace in the late evening as there's a great view of the KL Tower. The metro station is just a short walk away and plenty of places to grab some snacks and coffee. We're so glad that we decided to stay here, and when we return to Kuala Lumpur we'll definitely stay here again.

Fabulous little budget find
Stayed here for 3 nights had read reviews re windowless rooms being quiet so that's what we booked. Quite, clean and comfortable what more do you need if your only resting/sleeping there forgot there was I window and the air con was great. Breakfast was basic toast with spreads and cereals but help yourself and tea coffee available all day. The staff Sam (lovely lady) and her team could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout. Would definately stay here again.

Best budget hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights... having seen other reviews about street noise, we booked 2 rooms without windows. The rooms were small but perfect for what we needed. A double bed, bedside table, large desk and TV, small hanging space and room for 1 suitcase and an ensuite shower room. The rooms were spotless on arrival, the beds were comfortable and the aircon worked really well. There was also 3/4 plug sockets in the room. Not having a window didn't bother us as we were only on the rooms to rest/sleep anyway. The reception area of the hotel is comfortable with a couple of sofas, a large table and chairs and a couple of high bar tables and chairs. Tea and coffee available all day and a basic breakfast provided free each morning between 7-11am. We had asked to pay for a late check out as we had a night flight, but the manager, Sam, said 'don't worry, check out at normal time, leave bags here and when you get back from your day out, we'll give you a towel and there is a shower you can use to freshen up before leaving for the airport'. The location of the hotel is brilliant, 5 mins walk to the train/metro station, close to the tourist hop on/hop off bus and in the middle of little India, but close enough to walk to China town. But what really makes this hotel are the staff. There is no one who isn't willing and happy to help to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Great travel/direction/attraction advice given. The manager Sam is the loveliest lady, and hugged us like family when we left. If we ever visit KL again, we will be booking in again.
