Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 3.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

General Check-in Instructions

Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk. Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 20.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy. You are required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
