I recently had the pleasure of staying at AnCasa Hotel, and it was an experience to remember. Right from the moment I entered my room, I was impressed by its cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. The facilities were top-notch; I was particularly grateful for the surau they provided. Plus, their luggage storage service was a lifesaver for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend AnCasa Hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and delightful stay.

RM10 parking fee per stay (multiple entries). Quick check in. Refundable deposit RM100. Clean room. Good view. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator is working. Good hospitality from the staffs, very attentive. Location is VERY near to Chinatown, Plaza Rakyat LRT station and Merdeka MRT station. Also, near to MYDIN supermarket and bus station. Overall, it is a good stay and I’m loving it. Affordable hotel price comes with good hotel service. Don’t forget, the hotel also send a thank you note via email to me. Appreciate that so much.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. Spa will be closed until for the notice. New SOP (details as below) 1. Social Distancing - To ensure the distance from one guests to another is at least 1 meter at all time. 2. To limit one person booking per room except for checking-in with family members (limited to 2 pax per room). 3. Buffet Breakfast at Ground Floor 4. Limited housekeeping service. 5. Guests are not allowed to go to the gym, spa, prayer room (surau) and meeting room. 6. Guests must go through temperature screening at the hotel's entrance before checking-in. 7. Guests will have to fill in personal details prior check-in via email that will be sent by hotel to allow express check-in at the reception. 8. All payment for F&B orders are to be done via online transaction or charge to room (no cash accepted). 9. Garbage disposal bag provided. Collection time is from 9.00pm onward. Placed outside your room.

looking for food close to everywhere because it is in the city center. on the left of the hotel there is a china town, right of the hotel is the Pudu Raya terminal, if from/to the airport you can use the bus, and to genting too.
walk to bukit bintang about 1.5 kilometers.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the service is good even though the check-in was a bit slow and we were told to wait 45 minutes from the check-in schedule which was supposed to be at 3 but the room was not ready. But the plan to stay 3 nights so we added 1 more night because it was comfortable.
And the plus point is the location, close to Petaling Street, Chinatown, Central Market, it's very easy to buy food around. Buy souvenirs, anything is around this hotel and it's easy which makes me and my kids like to walk up to 12,000 steps/day so it's fun.
For the receptionist, please smile, especially the uncle who is probably 45 years old, focusing on the computer screen is okay but customers in front of you are more important. Greeting someone as Customer Service and don't ask straight forward what's up without saying hi/hello/morning and etc. And the next day I waited in line to be served by a pretty sister or a younger brother, sorry I forgot his name.
And also the best for Ms Noor and the old man at the front door, you can learn to be good customer service from them. Always smiles and it makes me happy.
