Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya bersih dan sangat nyaman. Pelayanan juga sangat oke. Highly recommended hotel in KL. Ukuran kamar pas untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 anak. Lokasi memang tidak langsung ke lokasi keramaian di Bukit Bintang, tapi cukup strategis dan dekat dengan Chinatown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at AnCasa Hotel, and it was an experience to remember. Right from the moment I entered my room, I was impressed by its cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. RM10 parking fee per stay (multiple entries). Quick check in. Refundable deposit RM100. Clean room. Good view. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator is working. Good hospitality from the staffs, very attentive. Location is VERY near to Chinatown, Plaza Rakyat LRT station and Merdeka MRT station. Also, near to MYDIN supermarket and bus station. Overall, it is a good stay and I’m loving it. Affordable hotel price comes with good hotel service. Don’t forget, the hotel also send a thank you note via email to me. Appreciate that so much.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Social Distancing - To ensure the distance from one guests to another is at least 1 meter at all time. 2. The hotel is great, clean, very close to Petaling, close to the Pudu UTC terminal, so it's easy to go to the airport, just walk down the street, to find food, just go to Petaling, to the left of the hotel, to the right of the hotel is the Pudu UTC terminal, complete facilities include coffee, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, hand wash, 2 very clean towels, the mattress is very soft, the pillows are also nice, okay, recommended for those who want to stay in the Chinatown area.

looking for food close to everywhere because it is in the city center. on the left of the hotel there is a china town, right of the hotel is the Pudu Raya terminal, if from/to the airport you can use the bus, and to genting too.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the service is good even though the check-in was a bit slow and we were told to wait 45 minutes from the check-in schedule which was supposed to be at 3 but the room was not ready. But the plan to stay 3 nights so we added 1 more night because it was comfortable.
And the plus point is the location, close to Petaling Street, Chinatown, Central Market, it's very easy to buy food around. Buy souvenirs, anything is around this hotel and it's easy which makes me and my kids like to walk up to 12,000 steps/day so it's fun.
For the receptionist, please smile, especially the uncle who is probably 45 years old, focusing on the computer screen is okay but customers in front of you are more important. The hotel is great, clean, very close to Petaling, close to the Pudu UTC terminal, so it's easy to go to the airport, just walk down the street, to find food, just go to Petaling, to the left of the hotel, to the right of the hotel is the Pudu UTC terminal, complete facilities include coffee, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, hand wash, 2 very clean towels, the mattress is very soft, the pillows are also nice, okay, recommended for those who want to stay in the Chinatown area.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the service is good even though the check-in was a bit slow and we were told to wait 45 minutes from the check-in schedule which was supposed to be at 3 but the room was not ready. But the plan to stay 3 nights so we added 1 more night because it was comfortable.
And the plus point is the location, close to Petaling Street, Chinatown, Central Market, it's very easy to buy food around. Buy souvenirs, anything is around this hotel and it's easy which makes me and my kids like to walk up to 12,000 steps/day so it's fun.
For the receptionist, please smile, especially the uncle who is probably 45 years old, focusing on the computer screen is okay but customers in front of you are more important. The staff is friendly and nice, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable, but the hotel bathroom is small. There are many foods when you leave the hotel, go to the left, near Petalin Street and Central Market, just walk away

The hotel area is close to petaling street, art market, LRT art market and Pudu central. if you are hungry at night, you can go downstairs and there is a restaurant next to the hotel.
