Room was good as shown. Clean and good upon check in. But surprised to see baby cockroaches appears in the cabinet below sink, below the bed as well as toilet. Reported to the front desk daily but was only offered the room cleaner to come over to spray the cockroaches to kill it. Location was good. Has nearby restaurants. Walking distance to Masjid Jamek Station.

Photo taken during my first stay. The towels provided are very unhygienic. And my recent stays where in the middle of the night ard 12AM it sounds like people are talking in a loud voice and it bothers me a a lot. I need to sleep that night as I need to catch my flight early in the morning and I managed to call the front office to complain but it seems the people went back to their room once I called front office. I should call earlier. I will reconsider staying here and the room I requested is not available. You should upsale your room. I don't mind paying.

No towel on my check-in day. Requested for it but it took so long to send to my room after a few time reminders. Not so clean. Old hotel. The pros is the strategic location.

Yakuzi under maintenance but staff said it's functioning well before I check in. Before submitting the booking I ask young staff about Yakuzi. She said yakuzi can be used. In the morning, I'm going to level 11 to swim in the pool Empty.
