Room so small and the view is not same like they said when I booking online. Towel little bit dirty.
A new experience. Superb location.
So comfortable, not satisfied with its TV only
A valuable experience, easy to find eating place almost every where.
The WiFi did not work. Pretty disappointed since the room as appeared on the website is very different in reality. It is actually smaller, dirtier, and the air conditioner did not work properly. Too expensive for such quality
Good. Just no parking allocated.
Let me put this straight. Checked-in on 14/3/17 - I had one night. Wifi's down since 15/3/17 and they told me that their router isn't functioned. Their TV is joke. I can't see anything, the channels are bad. There's a western restaurant below the guesthouse, and when it comes to my sleep time, it was noisy and you can even hear rumbling cutleries banging on plates loudly.
Good condition, near with restaurant, hospital.
Good location, surrounded by various culinary in Kampung Baru
Okay. The room and the bathroom are clean. The location is good. Setback: The staff do not even offer help. The room is not as big as in the photo. Others are okay.

Nice room for the price
The room as well as the bathroom were nice and clean, especially for the price. The service tried to be nice but was incapable. The couldn't speak proper English, couldn't explain anything, we tried to order a cab, they let us wait and wait and when we asked just said no taxi, sorry (before they said it's one the way...). Laundry service was free, but it smelt quite weird. The location is interesting, as not touristic, but for women traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend it.

Cleanliness need to improve
We checked in at 6pm but no ready clean room available, reception running up and down to hunt for ready room. We noticed bed sheet have stein and hair upon return from dinner and checked out next day (booked 2 night but cancel in the end). Prayer in early morning at near by mosque is quite loud. Overall reception is very friendly but staying / sleep quality is poor. Cleanliness need to improve

Great value hotel in traditional neighborhood close to KLCC. And great view of the Petronas
First of all this is a boutique hotel so if you are expecting a pool with a panoramic view spa and sauna this hotel is not for you. The hotel is located in the traditional neighborhood of Kampung Baru close to the LRT station of the same name. Here you can see the tradional Malay Houses (there are no tall buildings around here) and find many restaurants at your doorstep including several mamak (street food) where you can try malay traditional food. Kampung Baru is just across the KLCC park so the petronas tower can be easily be reached by foot or the LRT. The rooms are spacious and well the decorated. They include a sarong (traditional malay cloth) for bedtime or walking around the hotel wich you can also buy as a souvenir at the end of your stay. The people in the hotel is very nice and respectful. The hotel has a nice terrace with wonderful unobstructed views of the Petronas Tower where you can enjoy a drink and the night breeze. At last but not the least the price is really cheap so it´s great value hotel.

Interesting Location, Clean and Nice Staff
I traveled with a friend and stayed at Bagasta during Ramadhan. It's located in a very interesting area where the pribumi live and it was the perfect timing to stay here as every day after 4pm there will be food bazaar happening til midnight and continued until the moslem call to pray. The thing that we didn't expect was they didn't provide breakfast and they didn't let us know prior arrival so we had to go out to find breakfast in the center of KL as around Kampung there were no restaurant opened during Ramadhan. The room is pretty small but basically nice. The thing that i noticed and they could improve is the door that separate the bedroom with the bathroom. It's a cheap door that gradating the nice feel of the bedroom. The bathroom also not as nice as the room and i can smell the mold from the drain so i had to close the bathroom door all the time to keep the bathroom smells for not to enter the bedroom. Also we only got one thin blanket that didn't really help me to be comfortable at night. I ended up shivering from the aircon at my first night as the blanket only wide enough for one person. Anyway, all and all the staff are nice and accommodating, so all the things we didn't quite happy with felt not too bad.
