Hotel not provide any parking. Its okay if don't provide but hope can get subsidy for the parkinh behind the hotel because the parking price are so expensive.

Shower water was great & the water heater work well. The air-conditioning is great. They change the toilet paper and refill the water bottle every day. The concierge staff service was good. Minus poin is the bed sheet is stained, the wall got cracked paint. But afterall this hotel is great for staying, thank you canary :)

The lady at the counter took to long on the phone & I'm waiting too long to check in. After she hang up the phone, she didn't say sorry & very rude of her body language.

Located at best place of kuala Lumpur. Staff is too much friendly and helpful. Rooms and attached bathrooms are well and furnished and clean....one among best hotels of kuala Lumpur
