Fantastic and best location.Staff very friendly
Food is so good for me.
Very convenient place to stay..
Spacious room, clean, breakfast is ok but WiFi is too slow
New hotel, great breakfast. Wide space
Nice place to stay with family
Fantastic stay. Staff was friendly and good variety of breakfast
It's a good hotel with cleanliness. Just the position of air conditioner is not suitable because it's not covered all the room.
Room is simple but view is superb. Food is okay as you pay that low, not expecting any breakfast to be honest. All okay. Cheap but totally worth it.
Convenient for family and very clean room.

Nice budget hotel in the heart of Kuantan town
Good location and easy to find the hotel as is in the heart of Kuantan town. We went during Awal Muharram holiday so the whole town was pretty quiet. Family room was big with a king size bed and 2 single beds, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage children). Breakfast included though simple spread, good enough to fill tummy. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. The only weird thing being the fridge and built-in cupboard together with bathroom. Otherwise, everything good with this hotel. Will recommend for a night or two stay as pricing reasonable.

Blackout!!! (Electricity Power shut down) and no courtesy manner from the lady staff
We check in (me, husband and son age 1 year 8 month) on 2/9/2017 and check out 3/9/2017 stay 1 night at Deluxe Triple room for cost RM188.00, aircond was in bad service so the condition is hot even after a few hours in the room till we called the maintenance to fix it and the guy apologize to us and said the aircond is long time no service, after he fix it the aircond is better that night and we continue to sleep. BUT after 1 hour later suddenly i feel so hot and i saw all the room lighting is off, my husband open the door and confirm its blackout! we wait for almost 1 hour but there's no announcement and nothing so my husband went down using emergency stair to lobby and finally the workers informed that this block all blackout and keep on apology to all the guest who wait at the lobby and said they already called the TNB and waiting TNB to come. then my husband went up to the room and told me everything and we just patiently wait, luckily our baby still sleeping with sweating (he tired), after almost 1 hour waiting the power is on already. next day we check out and went to the receptionist counter to settle the payment and that time I just ask the lady counter "last night blackout?" and she answer me " satu kuantan blackout" and she show me a bad face impression. She even not say sorry on behalf of the hotel about the incident, I ask different question and she answer me different answer. My point is: 1) The hotel should use the generator as backup if there's any blackout or out of control incident to prevent the guess who is sleeping sweating in the room for more than 30 min!! pls consider if your guess have babies and kids..the hotel not even give any announcement or notification to us. 2) I totally understand if the incident is a rare incident but the hotel should do properly apologies to the guest first (not after they ask) and please clarify properly because we as guess we not stay there free of charge we pay RM188.00 for 1 night so please understand how frustrated we feel. The receptionist lady who seated at the front desk that morning (wearing tudung and thin a bit dark) should send for training on how to dealing with the guest and hotel etiquette, she have to learn how to respect guest with good manner before can seat at the counter. I salute with the boys who worked that night (front desk) they are good and know how to handle the people at lobby. This is the 1st time we stayed at the hotel who got blackout and i strongly suggest that the hotel have to provide the training to their staff on how to handle the incident situation like this properly to their guest. for overall instead of the black out (electricity power shut down) and no courtesy manner for the lady who worked at the frond desk that morning, the room is nice and big, clean and cosy. Except for the bad aircond (the hotel need to do regular service) location is OK, we have no chance to taste the food because we so tired about sleep late due to the blackout things. so no comment on food. thank you. I will not stay at this hotel again in future that for sure.

Value-for-money Hotel!
We recently stayed a night on 31st August 2017 at this little hotel in the heart of Kuantan. Below please find out findings: - Location: The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kuantan, right opposite of Mydin. So we had no issue of locating the hotel and it is very convenient travelling around town. Parking: Ample covered parking spaces provided for hotel guests in the hotel’s 1st and 2nd floor but the only downside is security guard was nowhere to be seen manning the empty security desk. Hence, the security aspect needs to be beefed up the hotel management. Checking-in: We were greeted by a reception staff on duty who just answered our question without much expression. The other staff sitting next to her was only keen in engaging in her own mobile phone activities as she did not show any interest of interacting with hotel customers, let alone the very basic smile or courteous greetings. Room for improvements indeed as the first impression is VERY IMPORTANT in hotel business, unless the management does not think about business expansion. Lift: We were allocated with Room 807 in 8th floor with only 1 access card. The hotel has lift facility and we like the fact that the lift would only operate with the duly activated access card provided. However, it would have been much convenient if the hotel can provide 2 room key cards to hotel guests as not all would be coming in and coming out of the room at the same time. Room: The room floor and the toilet were found to be clean and beds were comfortably provided with clean white bedsheet. In addition to the room basics, amenities, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel also provides an iron c/w ironing board, something we did not expect from a boutique hotel! The shower temperature is something we found hard to control as at times, water that came out of the shower head was very HOT while at times, it was found to be OK. Additionally, the ceiling-fixed type of shower head cannot be adjusted and this is something we found rigid! Like other reviewers, we agreed that the concept of in-built cupboard within the toilet compound to be not so practical and clothes would absorbs the moist hence we did not utilize the in-built cupboard and just left our clothes in our luggage bags. Breakfast: The hotel offers free buffet breakfast, Malaysian combo spread from Nasi Dagang with Gulai Ikan, Kueh Teow Goreng, Porridge to Western Mixture of Scrambled Eggs with Baked Beans. Additionally, small cake slices and toasted breads were also available. Free flow of hot and cold beverages as well! Conclusion: Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel as with the price that we paid, it was a comfortable 1-night stay and we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives! However, if the hotel can work on the areas to be improved as mentioned above, it will definitely help to garner greater praises resulting in higher sales volumes, ultimately leading to better bottom line. Keep it up!

Spacious yet clean
Check into this hotel late last night and found out its running a promotion ideal to my budget. I like the surrounding as it is peaceful but have ample amenities like a local mamak coffeeshop around the corner. Receptionist was all friendly yet professional. Good hotel and a must stay in kuantan. Breakfast was mediocre however but suffice
