Great place for family and superb nice building, like staying in Europe country.
Very happy at there, all of hotel staff are very friendly and kind, but for the cafe name la flamme must think twice to have a dinner at there because the price is expensive and not worth it compare with the food they serve to us, but for the breakfast that hotel prepare is very nice and delicious
Good hotel with nice view. Friendly staff, tasty food. Everything just nice.
Check in time should be at 15:00 but we can't check in on time due to the room is not ready on time. I could only check in after 16:00. Other than this, everything is ok. Room is clean, but corners of bathtub seem like didn't clean well.
Was very interesting, nice room and nice place to chill out
The room is okay but the hallway looks old and has an unpleasant odour. Entertaining stage shows by the performers. Breakfast is okay. The only negative point is the food at nearby restaurants are very pricey. The buildings are nice. Recommendable for 1-night trip.
Need to improve on cleaning bathroom. Not really proper. Overall, it's ok.
Beautiful scenery and ideal for keeping your mind entertained.
Great. Recommended to other friends
Everything goes well and great but need more cleanliness there is part that show dusty and toilet still can see the dirty. my room is brunfelsia 2203 got many ‘insects’ don't know the name in english. that make us not so comfortable. hope you can approach them to improve that highland thing but still enjoying the holiday.

There is really nothing much to do here. The furnishing in the rooms were really old, there were ants, the whole building is run-down. it is really not worth the price. The room I booked came with breakfast, but the food was really bad

Long weekend leisure trip
Visited the hotel between 31st August and 2nd Sept. The room decor was nice, and a staff member named En. Dzulkifli was very attentive during our meal times. However, only the hotel architecture was french themed. Most of the food choices available was local/asian. No housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there.

Not Too Bad..
This place not suitable for those who really fussy. Room, Environment, Breakfast are not too bad. All average level. WiFi in the room superb!!! My hubby watching football thru Astro On The Go without lagging at all. I enjoyed stay here with my family. TQ Colmar. Japanese Village is awesome...

Better than command
Because of commonly bad command..I don't put too much hope on this journey....But...It come to a blight side...The room not Too bad..Only the ant...Not too much of it but it keep on the table running around and try to share my meal.the price is a bit costly but put in mind the price of room actually cover whole activity and environment ...It not the room cost ..Still can come ..But a night stay is more than enough.

Nothing special
Went to Colmar Tropicale, Berjaya Hills because husband thought it would be a nice place to stopover in our drive from Kuantan to Cameron Highlands. However I find it a disappointment to see the place quite run down although there is evidence that they just had a paint job done on the exterior of all the buildings. From afar, it is good to look at but on close up, the flaws show. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, upon opening the door there is a sitting room and a spiral stairway to the bedrooms. It surprised us that we have yet another set of steps to climb! Plus carry the luggage up!! Good thing none of us is mobility impaired. Although I have to say the suite is very very spacious. However the fittings in the toilets are old and falling off. One has to climb in & out of the bath tub to shower. There is no tap mixer, one has to turn on the hot water tap & the cold water tap to adjust to right temperature and deal with the low pressure, at times it was just a trickle! Quite a frustrating shower experience for me especially we were rushing to get ourselves ready for the spa session. The morning breakfast buffet spread is below average, too many food flies flying around. Service at the restaurant was good. Service at check-in & check-out was fast and efficient. We were charged MR15 per person as we drove passed the entry into the complex but the amount was refunded to us upon checking out. This was to make us visit the so called Japanese Village, the botantical garden, etc. If you ask me, I would say it is a waste of time & energy. Sorry, don't think I want to go back again!
