The staffs are really friendly and helpful. overall is good!
9.1
Good place anyway. Good view and weather. Nevertheless, the food was quite pricey. Luckily, I found a small restaurants and shops at the staff apartments which is takes a few minutes from the hotel. Just asking the staff at the entrance toll. Because you have to go out from the toll to go to that place.

All good, just a bit dirty in bathroom area.

Best Place and best view.. must try
8.7
The sofa is dusty and old, aside from that, everything is ok. Breakfast is great.
7.2
The staff were polite and well-trained, from the reception counter to the breakfast staff, well done. The location is ok, several scenic places (natural and man-made) to take pictures at, but not enough attractions to make the overnight stay worthwhile. The attractions were well-maintained, however, a full-day trip would have been enough to cover most of the things there. Restaurants with food at theme-park price, but at least some of the food was actually good. The Japanese Garden was a letdown. We hiked all the way uphill just to see small Japanese-themed huts, a landscaped garden, a spa and a pricey kimono rental? Room was ok, neat, tidy and average in space. The room just had an ant problem (They even have a little sign to remind guests not to leave food around because of the ants). A little investment in pest control will go a long way in making guests more comfortable.

Gateaway from the city
Visited on a Monday for 2 days 1 night with husband for a short gateaway. Got a room upgrade - king size bed. That's a plus. However, the room wall is very thin, we can literally hear noise (i.e. baby crying, kids screaming, people walking). Also, the shower doesn't work very well too. Guess the bathtub clogged. >.< As this is a French theme resort, I don't expect the hotel to be very new and classy. The restaurants and rooms are more towards below average to average, in terms of its maintenance and appearance. The food was considered not bad!

Beautiful Scenery and building structure
I stayed here for 2 nights, overall the stay was good and the staff is friendly as well. They are very efficient with their service, one thing that I was unhappy was my room view, I booked deluxe king with mountain/nature view, but i got a room facing the hotels building. The buffet breakfast was good, which is included in our room rate, they have good choices of food and their buffet dinner not bad as well they have good pic on their buffet menu,it cost about RM75 per pax which is worth it, as all other menu is really expensive and not worth it. The food at all their cafe and rest is really expensive so if you're on budget, you may drive down to about 16 km to have your dinner or lunch.

Nothing will interest you except the building structure
You need to pay to get in here before entering the carpark which is halfway up.There are nothing much to really enjoy there even the arcade games screen were out of sync and can't even really get a good look on it while playing with my daughter! All Machines seems down and lack of maintenance! The worst is you can just spend 15mins walking in and on the other end including climbing up a tower to have a good view out the mountains area! Another worse part to visit the Japan Village which is such a blardy let down!! Small!! extremely SMALL and not even fit to be a garden! You have to drive up or take a bus up and when u reaches, you need to take 88 steep steps up ,thats not all,you still have a few more slopes to climb! When u reaches u will be extra disappointed! Not worth hours and money spent here but to experience it , we tried but not recommed to others out there ! If u gonna book the room and stay there, pray hard you won't scream during the night when there are nothing much for ya.......Dont think too much of flying your drones here, here is forbidden and much more goes for the fun!

Family trip during peak period
We went with kids during festive season for 3 days stay and booked 2 single bedroom suites. Overall the rooms are big for a small family but need some makeover. Airconds are quite old and room are not to the 4 stars standard as acclaimed. So it was a pricey short breakaway for us

There is really nothing much to do here. The furnishing in the rooms were really old, there were ants, the whole building is run-down. it is really not worth the price. The room I booked came with breakfast, but the food was really bad
