Hotel is well maintained though it has been around for many years. Certainly value for money as the room is clean, big enough and comfortable for two. The complementary buffet breakfast was superb with a good variety of local and western food. Will certainly stay there again for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

It ' s such a great trip to stay in concorde Kuala Lumpur, the staff is friendly dan helpful. We get free upgrade to premier executive room. The staff say that the room is smoking room and will a little bit smelly. But actually no, we loved the room, we loved all over from this hotel. 🥰.

We stayed for 3 nights with pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the Bukit Nanas monorail station, the check-in process is fast and easy, the room is clean, toiletries, hairdryer and iron are available, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices, the staff is very friendly and always helpful, in front of the hotel is the GOKL stop, our criticism is that the mattress is not comfortable and the wifi connection is very slow.
