Aircond not working we have to change room, noisy due to room near to aircond compressor, toilet door looks like have been broken into. Food was average. Staff was talking loudly at the cafe. Should be 3 star only.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy for me to the next destination but the service is less than satisfactory. For example I ask the bell boy to pick up together but not. My husband and I go one by one. TV does not work our time is up to date and has been reported but took a long time to fix.

This hotel is easy to locate. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel that are available day and night. However, the air-condition on level 2 broke down on the day we arrived. No alternative room was given.
