Good service from the receptionist. Was expecting a more varied breakfast buffet. The TV in my room (520) sadly didn't work.

To be honest, we get worse room ever. Once we check in, the front office staff face are like grumpy and not smile at all. Then we went up to room, we realised that our room no window, not good ventilation, dusty and smelly. And we got dirty hand towel. It is so bad actually to review but I have to, to ensure the management will be more concern bout the property and business. It's unique hotel. But in terms of cleanliness and hygiene are so bad. During our stay me and my son had a bad red eye and we get flu. I would not recommend this place and will not coming back again. And one more thing at restaurants we ask the staff, what time breakfast will be operating and the staff respond that they not open for breakfast and this restaurant already booked by group. So disappointed.

Appreciated if hotel can change the room pillows and I experienced the same since last year CNY. Location are lovely and perfect but I had comment the same issues as pillows, bed sheet, towels and even my room are not fully cleanup, still leftover rubbish from previous customer, when I called house keeping to change the pillows and pillow case, they came to my room, passed me to pillow cases and asked me to change myself which I got shocked on this. Poor the chef as well, only him alone to arrange table, cook and even replace the empty tray. But the front desk was so kind after I complained the next day and she did an immediate arrangement on changing the room for me.

The room is OK, spacious enough with nice ocean view. The poolside cafe is very nice, with 360 degrees view of the Melaka City Center.

The hotel, swimming pool, rooftop area was so nice! Nice view. Not fare from town. First time staying here, my family and I enjoy staying here. Affordable.

This hotel is beyond my expectations! Everything is so good and I am so loved with the interior design and deco from the lobby up to the room. Its like a 5 star hotel. To me. Will stay here again next time! Highly recommended.

Superb location, right next to MRT and mall. Room was small though but very clean and the service was very good. Fast check in and check out. Was lucky to get free breakfast voucher.
