Amazing view with natural hot spring pool
This is a great weekend getaway for those who live in KL. The journey took around 1 hour. I booked a room with 3 single beds. The room is spacey. They provide drinking water, instant coffee and refrigerator. They need to improve in cleanliness. My room's AC is not cool. But when I called the maintenance, they respond to it immediately and I'm really thankful for that. They have 2 kind of pools: hot and cool with private access door to it to ensure privacy of the guest. For breakfast and room service, they have very limited choices. The location is quite far from the nearest town (~16km) and nearest shop is around 10km. So please buy everything you need before reach here.

Suria Hot Springs Is a Hidden Gem
We went here for the 3rd day of Raya on a family vacay. We had 2 rooms, 7 adults and 5 kids. It was a very pleasurable experience. The highlight of this property is the natural hot water springs. They have a huge kiddie pool at normal temperature and 2 hot spring pools for guests only. It’s really mellow compared to the public hot spring on the other side of the property. It was very pleasant for the adults to lounge around the hot spring dangling your feet, while the kids were having a blast in the kiddie pool. Even though, the hotel was packed due to the holidays (Raya & SEA games), the pool area was chill. The room was adequate and basic. 3 beds, TV, AC, hot water shower. It was clean and well maintained. Had room service, most was good and reasonable, but the chicken had to be sent back due to being undercooked. We also were supplied for a continuous picnic. It was a nice retreat and reset from KL and it’s only an hour and some drive from the city. Definitely will recommend and I intend to return.

Never going back again
My parent, my sis and myself stayed for a night last week. We booked through Agoda so checking in was simple and fast. Even though it is only 3 floors but there is elevator. The room was very clean. Bathroom was clean, towels were clean too. The bathroom sometimes may have cigarette smell because the window to ventilate the bathroom is near to the corridor where people smoke. But I was fine with that, the smell don't stay long. Be mindful that it's near mountain area so the line were quite weak most of the time. So sometimes it may be difficult to make phone calls and surf internet even though WIFI is provided. TV reception from TV server was also weak, the shows could stop for a few minutes to a few hours. The foods and beverages are average. Again there were some minor issues. First time I drank warm apple juice when I expected it to be cold. Waited for 45 minutes for my Bolognese pasta. The meat they used for my pasta tasted exactly like cheap burger patties. Went to the sink to wash my hands, it was unbelievably dirty with stains and foods. Breakfast was included, it's called buffet but there were only fried rice, fried kuey teow, sausages, eggs, baked beans. The foods were all cold and salty. However, there are a few points that I just couldn't bear. Firstly, the door of the hotel room do not have a peak hole, no doorbell, no security lock, nothing. So when someone knock on the door what should the hotel guest do? No peak hole to see who is outside, no security lock to open the door and check. It is a very big security problem there. Besides, they have this 'alarm system' in the card reader. It's not loud, it rings if the door is open for more than 15 secs, It is only loud enough for the guest to hear it, which remind the guest that the door is not properly closed. On that night itself, it was quite late so it was rather quiet. I heard someone's 'alarm' ringing for like half an hour. It's literally calling out to everyone 'Welcome to break into my room'. So I would say it is not a wise decision to have the alarm. The sound proofing was so freaking damn poor. It's literally paper wall. In the afternoon I could actually hear people next door talking and laughing. And when there were guests walk passed your room, you also heard their conversation clearly. And it is not a carpeted corridor, you hear children running and stumping the floor everytime they pass by. During the night, there were some inconsiderate guests, talking so loud. Instead of knocking on the door, they just bang the door and yelled at people inside the room to open the door. Due to all these sound pollution I did not have a good night rest.

Chucky R
Shortage of staff
I have been several times here but seem like they didnt improve at all. Dinner took long to prepare and 1 hour just for drink. Morning breakfast is even worst. Inroom order even worst, took more than 4 hour and 2 reminder call just for mushroom soup and garlic bread. Hotspring is however well cleaned.
