This hotel has a great atmosphere. Especially the location is strategic making the tenant easy to go around Kuala Lumpur. I really appreciate the service of the agent and worker. Surely will get back to Penguin Home!

Suitable for families, the room I booked was quite spacious, the bed was for 7 people, there was no room service, just like at home alone. There was an additional fee fee of MYR.50, there was my own access to the Bangsar LRT station, at the time of check-in I actually had a deposit of MYR 200, but because of my time and the owner could not meet finally I didn't give a deposit, I put cleaning fees on the table, return key is entered into the mail box, the rest all ok. I & kel are quite comfortable staying here during a vacation in KL

Foreigner maid to attend at reception. Wait 30 mints. Wifi was not in order and she informed just today morning connection problem( perfect lying). Rude behavior. Pissed off

new accommodation. so, mmg is beautiful. all new things. its strategic position. please read the terms and conditions below. lots of hidden fees. x is worth the reason cash deposit rm200, cleaning fee cash rm50, xde parking is special for the guest except valet parking rm28. that's a mcm x safe. elok2 saya check in, polis traffic summons kete2 yang parkir dpn residence / hotel.total kos penginapan dekat rm200 jugak. as well as other hotel docks, can not afford breakfast once. person incharge x is so friendly. key to get back home in mailbox. if the counter is red key, burn le deposit rm200 tu he said. guard hotel foreigners. so, ckp whatever x understand..heir somewhat smelly. tv there but no decoder .. no fan was there. air cond only .. overall stay for a feast okey lah or if xde inn is empty somewhere else, can stay there.

I am very satisfied to stay here, the facilities are good, recommended.

must wait the girl come to pass the key, early check in 10 minutes not allowed, where the flow of water in the bathroom smelly, kettle not work and ask us use pot, parking is not provided and we parking outside and paid RM28 but the place not safety and again we must pay for another RM40 for cleaning

Spacious rooms, beautiful panoramas, almost perfect facilities, just hoping the owners can equip them with the comfort of the pipeline and the Qiblah direction for us Muslims.

The place is nice, spacious only the check-in is a bit at 3:00 p.m., the price is not stable if the weekend goes up high.
