Always satisfied with Estadia's service. The check-in and check-out process is fast and efficient. The room, although a bit small, is quite comfortable and clean. The staff, from the concierge, receptionist to the cleaning service, are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. Very close to the Mahkota Hospital, just walk behind the hotel, there you go. The location is also close to tourist attractions such as the Dataran Pahlawan Mall, Taming Sari, Jonker and Red Square. Just walk while looking around and you won't realize you've arrived at these objects. No need to worry about getting tired because on the ground and in the hotel lobby there are many massage chairs that can be used, just pay with qris (5 ringgit) hahaha. It's really fun. Another plus point, for those who want to continue to Johor or Singapore (tickets can only be purchased online redbus. My), you can get on from the bus stop right in front of the hotel (when buying tickets, choose hatten square). So we who continue the trip to Johor don't need to go to the Melaka Sentral terminal, just wait at the hotel. Estadia will always be our choice.

Hotel staff are friendly. room are not very clean. suprisingly the hotel have gym room. not bad
elevator need more attention. the button sometime hardly to press. maybe the staff need to check it regularly.

Room is quite spacious with a big living room combine with kitchen. Bathroom & bedroom is okay good.
We just bit confused with the hotel access from car park. Car park are joined in 1 building with hatten hotel & mall. The hotel direct access from car park is hard to find. The direction mark in car park are unclear.

The room was comfortable, clean, and standard-sized, but not spacious. It's best to book without breakfast, as the food isn't very tasty. The hotel is close to Mahkota Hospital, so you don't need to cross the street or take a Grab bus as it's located in the same area as the hospital.

elevator need more attention. the button sometime hardly to press. maybe the staff need to check it regularly.

The reception staff was unfriendly and didn't carefully check the room we booked.
The room's AC was problematic. The engineer was friendly. The location was excellent, as it was next to the hospital we were going to.
