The place is clean, and has all you need. However, it would help if there were instructions about electrical switches. My first shower was with cold water because i didn't know that I needed to turn the electrical switch (outside the shower) to turn the heater on. Also, I was not sure how to get the WiFi as it was included. So, I used the WiFi downstairs in the coffee shop to read my emails on my computer. Although, I had the international roaming, i was not able to get the signal on my cellphone to be able to send text (at night). Besides these two hiccups, my stay was great. Plus, there is the inconvenience to do your laundry if you need to on the 1st floor next to the coffee shop.

The room is very spacious.
The host is very friendly, even help me in the middle of the night when I called.
Has mini bar, to keep my food and keeping my cold drink in a hot day.
Interior is beautiful, simple and comfortable.
Security is very tight.

Overall stay in middle rating. Kitchen light during check in, blinking all the time. Plate, cup & spoon very smelly. We rewash all the kitchen stuff before get us. Euzmo suppose to remind client to pay at designated parking only. I only know after got clamp by security and pay RM50 to release clamp.

-Host did not advice me properly on how to park my car that ended up my car being clamped (parking at wrong bay/level) -Instant hot shower is not functioning (A-23-13A). No hot water. -Need to pay RM100 security deposit which is not being mentioned in app

Not self check in. Host will assist you either bob or farid. Stay was fine nearly a week. Stay at c block, 32nd floors. The tv's not 45" as mentioned, only basic satellite lcd 21" inch. No private wifi provided or even public wifi. Kitchen utensils provided but no kitchen to cook. Basic plate and glass for drink. Private parking provided. Mentioned no policies but actually they require rm100 as refundable security deposit. Parking and common area not cleaned as per scheduled written on elevators. Any guest & management do take note on this type of remarks. Regards.

When buying written free WiFi, when asked for a username and pass the owner said there was no WiFi, the check-in was also a bit difficult because the owner had to wait for the key to come, the overall is ok for the place.

It's awesome. Got a clear instruction for self check in and you even have your own designated parking. Room was clean and big, comfortable. Very good and affordable price through app.

Everything is as shown in the picture. The bathroom should be scrubbed a little bit since it is quite slippery. The shower pressure and heater is okay. Very spacious. We bring our own movies so we didn't know how the sat tv works.Overall we enjoy our stay in the deluxe queen room studio apartment.
