Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Washroom just nice. Everything look new but your bed is worst. Like lying on the wood with comforter. Suit travel for work. Sakit badan aku hahaha.

The hotel staff was great, but location was far away from the city centre and heritage site. and far away from food also There was a night market beside the hotel and it so crowd and I can't sleep. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all. and there was no coffee or tea provided in the room.

Rooms are beautiful and no problem. Only use of iron over time will be charged. And the problem on the door card, I went back to the room and could not hold back to the water, multiple touch cards on the door but failed to open. I had to go down to the lobby using the lobby toilet and then just finish the card on the counter.

The hotel was nice but why do people need to rent an iron for RM5/day? This is my first experience when staying at the hotel, if you want to use an iron, you need to rent. Whatever it is, the hotel is cool!
