Room was clean and very functional. Good for short trip. Aircon is strong and toilets work well, TV has youtube and netflix. Only thing is that there was no mention of the MYR100 that had to be paid in cash as a deposit.

Don't book this Hotel if you are driving! There no parking available. Bad location not safe. Very rude reception, ask. Her about parking, she replied the parking service is only our Chairman not for Guests.

It is new hotel I thought. Not really strategic location you have to walk bit far to find minimarket. Receptionist quite helpful and friendly 😀.

My booking family room for 3pax is big, good and morethen enough for 3pax. Location, food and staff are excellent. (Only one thing why breakfast buffet counter not provide for drinking water, require to ask staff for it?) Will be comeback again² for next & next time vacation in JB. Sorry forget to take room picture.
