Comfy and close to everything. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of Scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues

Rubbish experience. 1. Hotel does not provide Free boat travel from pier to the hotel. And 15 mins of boat travel can cost you myr 160 per person. Which is apparently overpriced. 2. The hotel swimming pool is not clean. 3. Nearly all the activities are priced. 4. We booked the free morning yoga and the receptionist has confirmed that. However, it turned out unbooked and the receptionist has a face of "none of my business" when we asked the reason. No apologies or compensation. I would say the small luxury hotel brand should kick this hotel out of his brand. You guys should save money on this resort.
