We had great time during spent time in Golden Sands Resort. Their hospitality staff really touched us. They're served with their hearth. We're traveled with 2 kids and they arranged an extra bed without any extra charges. Great staff, delicious food, great location and of course great pool with direct access to the beach. Our kids really enjoy their time. Love it!!

I booked for 2 rooms and had the most pleasant stay here. Started our arrival until check out time, staff welcome us & help carry our bags to the room. Room was nice and clean with complete aminities. Staff also fulfill both of my request, connecting room & 2 cakes for my mother & husband birthday for free. Perfect stay for family time where they provide a small themepark for kids & pool for adult too. Staff also prepared activities for kids everyday. Location was strategic, walking distance to mcd, night market & the famous apom balik. Hotel food was good, their pizza was the best! We enjoyed every single time here and we highly recommend for family group. Worth every penny! Can't wait for our next visit here!❤️

Very nice hotel. Reception teams are very good, room is big for 3 adult. Hotel facilities also very good with beautiful whitesand private beach. Location is the best, food area just accros the hotel. Will not regret it. Thank you.

Overall great experiences! Kids friendly, love our stay there. We had to wait for about half an hour prior check in, but hotel management provide us with snacks, fruit and drinks and a comfy place to wait. Credits to all staffs working at the registration counter on 10/12/2022, all are friendly and kind. They even let me chose for a room with bath tub or stand shower. The cookies were delicious! My kids love the adventure zone, however the socks were too expensive. Breakfast buffet had many choices, but the taste was average. Despite all the cons, we would love to stay there again, I am very satisfied with the hotel management and staffs. Kudos.

Very nice hotel with lots of entertainment for kids. Definitely worth every penny ❤️ but the sambal nasi lemak was sour. Hm we did not try other food in the hotel

The room looks exactly like a picture. Spacious and rooms to hold boardgame session. My family loves the cleanliness of the pool, its beach and good spread of breakfast and dinner buffet. There are lots of activities that your kids will enjoy and won't be bored. It is highly recommended for short gate away.

The checked in process takes one and half hour, and ask us to wait for call in view of room cleaning process not done yet. And no one call after one hour, I need to go to the reception and ask is my room ready. Wasted my time waiting for the check in. The staffs are friendly but slow in doing the jobs. I am very disappointed to spend so much money waiting and wasting the time. Not efficient at all.
