Clean and very comfort to stay there. But if you want to go anywhere at genting you have book for the shuttle bus at receptionist.

The transportation from public place is quite far, grab driver is not so many, I have to wait quite long time to get one. It seem the renovation is in progress that 's why the loby is in other building and make us walk far enough. For me the room is very good and it is a big space make me very comfort with the cleanliness. Thank you.

Verry bad. The rooms is smelly. Even you can hear the neighbour room chating and speaking. The worst part is you even can't enter your room in night when you came back to hotel. If you stay more than one night, you need go to lobby every morning to validating your card. F*ing system.

We got the apartment, but we didn't know when we book this room (2 rooms bedroom) were apartment because when we book the information for hotel room, no staff in the lobby make some confused, and before we got info free shuttle bus but the realize must pay rm6 per person, overall quite good.

This is so expensive for this hotel. The room is so dirty. You can see on my picture. The hotel is so smelly, also the food is so tasteless. This like abandoned hotel.

Looked like a 2 star hotel. Also very confusing to navigate. No signs at all. Bedsheets and pillows looked dirty too. I liked the toilet though. But very bad experience for a 5 star hotel. Boo 👎🤢.
