They said there was an elevator, but we had to use stairs. TV, mirrors were all gone. Wi-Fi was available but couldn't be used at all, not worth it.

Booked three - four months earlier than the actual check-in date, but was given a room at the top most floor. Nevertheless, the room was dusty and we could sneeze and cough from the dust getting into our nostril/throat. The rest was ok. I am aware that the price was so much cheap for a rent but it should not be with this sort of condition. I checked out after being there for a night despite having the room booked for three nights. The staff informed that I need to contact agent for a refund, so I will do it. My advice: If you are an obligated face mask user (I mean you sleep with it) then this hotel may be good for you.

Very pleasant close to the waterfront and easy to find food.

recommended hotel room is spacious, the bed is two with a price of only 170 rb a night, it is suitable for those of you who bring family, the location is not far from the waterfront. the bathroom is clean, the service is friendly. because we don't tipi.rekomended

The room looked exactly like the pictures. Price is okay for budget hotel. The door is open using key. Our room is old fashioned: old furniture, classic doors and classic bathroom but luckily there are aircond and shower heater. Need to walk upstair to reach our room at first floor. Spacious room and clean. TV channel is basic: TV2, TV2, TV3 and NTV7 and the broadcast is not clear as the antenna need to be adjusted. Bathroom is ugly: rusted pipe, uneven paint and old fashioned toilet. Checking in process is easy: just give your ID card & no deposit. Checking out process also easy: just return the room key at the receptionist counter. The hotel staff are friendly. We stay at this hotel only for transit until 6.00 PM so we cannot review for nightlife. The hotel location is strategic: near to Kuching Waterfront, souvenir shops and Plaza Merdeka.

For backpacker classmates it's pretty good

The hotel is not clean, the toilet is an old building, stayed 2 days the room was not cleaned. Close to the night club is a bit noisy until dawn. Thank you close to the waterfront.

I subscribe to this hotel, it's always super fun for me and my family. The price is cheap (cheap) but the service is not cheap.

Clean and comfy, receptionist very friendly, near from waterfront. Little bit noisy at midnite but overall very satisfied.

The room is spacious, the toilet is cold, the TV is on. The mall and waterfront are pretty close, there is no elevator, the waitress is friendly and very helpful, the shower water is warm and cold.

The position of the hotel is very close to one of the city centers namely water front, it is also easy to find food, especially for non-halal, halal and for vegetarians nearby there is a special stall for vegetarian cuisine as well. The staff are friendly and happy to talk to you too. For a typical backpackeran like myself and friends who are also deman behind midnight, 99.9% safe even by walking. For the price of rooms that are low price, quality of hotel rooms, staff, security is 9 out of 10 points maximum. Hopefully it is useful and hopefully the quality is maintained in the future.

Very cheap and location is good. But the place is really old, dirty, stained blankets, the room smells so bad with smoke (room 6). In this room, the noise outside is really annoying at night of people shouting, breaking glass, etc. I guess you can’t expect much more for this price, but we left to another place because especially this room is just not good.

The air conditioner is cold. Abundant shower water. Strategic location.

This is really crazy on the 3rd floor and the rooms in the WC are incomplete.
