Sebelumnya membaca review kurang baik dari tempat ini, tetapi saya meyakinkan diri untuk menginap di tempat ini karena ingin mendapat view dari kolam renang yang indah. Tetapi ternyata saya mendapatkan pelayanan yang sangat baik dari Greystone the colony KLCC ini. Saya tidak menunggu lebih dari 20 menit proses cek in. Dan cek out sangat cepat prosesnya selama kita mengikuti aturan yang di berikan. Saya menginap di kamar deluxe queen studio 1-2, dan 2-2. Kamar overall bersih dan nyaman. Fasilitas kamar semua sangat membantu kebutuhan. Semoga tetap bisa mempertahankan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang baik dari greystone KLCC agar saya bisa menginap di sini lagi 👍🏻

Owner-nya sangat friendly, kita ditungguin walaupun telat check in sampai jam 10 malam, di bawah ada 7 Eleven, dekat dengan kampung Bharu, senang cari makan di sini

Kami menginap 2 hari di hotel ini. Proses check in sangat aneh, penjaga lobby adalah satpam, mereka tidak tahu sama sekali harus ngapain. Karena sebetulnya ini adalah apartemen. Tanya nomer kamar sama kita, ya mana kita tau. Intinya ternyata kita disuruh telpon nomer manajemen yang ada di booking aplikasi (untung kita beli paket internet luar negeri, karena wifi di lobby satpamnya juga tidak tahu). Setelah ditelpon, manajemen akan datang 10 menit saat itu, review lain ada yang bilang sampai nunggu 2 jam. Dan diminta deposit cash 200RM (600ribu, berlaku untuk 1 booking tidak peduli berapa hari). View hotel ini luar biasa, bisa menghadap 3 menara penting di KL yaitu Petronas Tower, KL Tower, dan Merdeka 117 Tower. Dari kolam renang terlihat semua. Kalau dari kamar ada teras, terlihat salah satu dari 3 menara tersebut. Di kamar juga ada kulkas, microwave, dan mesin cuci. Buruknya adalah, AC kamar dan wifi kamar mati (bisa jadi pas kamar kami saja), kami minta perbaikan tidak dikerjakan. Jadi selama 2 hari kami tidak dapet AC dan wifi, padahal cuaca di KL panas sekali. Di kamar ada kipas angin untungnya. Tapi anginnya ya anget.
