As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

2. This property are required to pay the SECURITY DEPOSIT RM300 upon arrival and the payment method of the collection is via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card.
3. The process of the REFUND SECURITY DEPOSIT will be via Bank Transfer will be 3-5 working days and for Credit/Debit card will be 3-7 working days.
4. Self Check-in property. As for the check-in instruction will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
5. Kindly take note on this, for guests who are check-in after 6pm MUST call or message to hotel for the check-in arrangement or instruction.
