The hotel surprise me, everywhere you go, there is a natural Landscape drawings. Feel relaxed, at ease. Room is spacious with big and comfortable bed. Definitely will come again.

Procedure check in and check out is great, fast and friendly. Need to deposit RM 50 and always pay RM10 for tourist tax. I took deluxe room, the room was clean and tidy. At the night we can enjoy our culinary local food at the hawker center behind of the hotel. Unfortunately, hallmark didn't provide an excellent breakfast, only char kwe tiau, fried rice , porridge and etc. stay at Hallmark , we can easily access to KSL shopping mall and Plaza Pelangi, it's walking distance.
Untidy room, room still not clean up even already call, even before that put the make up signage nobody attend the room, what the worst hskp and front office. Later call the FO for explanation. What a surprise advice my room to be make up by next day, spoil my mood. First we check in we were serve with your TV (without sound) **** again your FO said maintenance have to go other branch and will come by tomorrow PM. But still same, nothing! Only this hotel need a week only to reset the main receiver, this is not my first time being in this hotel. I'm a regular guest. Also bed sheet and duvet cover everytime got black stain mark. Your hk staff who are always put @ pm permanent shift (foreigner guy) come with dirty uniform and smelly body, higher management please review what happen to your hotel! Only care for dollars (FO communication break down), saya tak minta bilik dikemas sampai berkilat-kilat, cukup buat apa yg patut!

Spacious room but no window. The curtain hanging there just for decoration only. Breakfast not so good not so bad. I'm not happy with my stay here

The place is strategic where you can walk to plaza Pelangi for shopping and food. The hotel is clean and housekeeping is good. Unfortunately my room faces the main road and the window sound insulation is very poor where you can hear the traffic which disrupts my sleep. I would give it a 5 if it weren't for the poor sound insulation. For this I'll give it a 3.

All other guests can continue to enjoy breakfast as usual until 10.30AM.
