The air con broke down. It's functioning but hard to sleep because of the sound.

No hot water to bath, some of the silling was broken

The location is good. The small analog TV is not working. I guess its just for a show. The bed sheet was itching me. There's no pipe in the bathroom. Suddenly no hot water. The kiblat direction was pointing to a wrong direction!

- Family vacation
We booked 2 rooms. Good things is they did fulfilled our request for queen bed. Bad thing is my, one of the room is smelled of cigarette smokes and it is until we checked out. The room was not well maintained. Only one light is functioning while the dressing table and the light overhead the bed is not functioning. The water heater (shower) is not functioning well. We turn on the hot tab to get only luke warm water. Having a toddler, this is definitely not a good news. No water kettle provided, so you have to ask hot water from the counter. No drinking water provided, so you have to buy your own. it's just that the room was not well maintain because I have been staying here for a few times years ago. Definitely can see the differences.

Good location. The room and the toilet are smelly

The aircond for single room is an old aircond. Could be noisy at times. The cashier doesn't smile much when I arrived at 12 midnight.
