The hotel reception guy is so rude and he make me wait for 3 hours after that when I got the card for the room it was not working and made me wait for one hour moreover the room I got was double bed while I booked deluxe triple three single beds, the room had no toilet stuff and no towels nor slippers although I asked when I booked using the app even the floor was at 3rd although I requests high floor, I had to check out at 11 pm and booked another hotel I'm really ungrateful and angry I will show you some photos from the hotel it was very dirty I don't know why he has a certificate for cleanest award from you it doesn't deserve it it's very dirty and awful hotel. Finally I had two very bad experiences with online agent and this hotel exactly first the hotel lobby didn't acknowledge my first reservation and had me waiting at the lobby 3 hours then I made another reservation and he give me wrong dirty room he also asked me to cancel the new booking and book directly from him at the lobby so he get cash and benefits but I insisted in using the app cause I trusted you but this time you let me down and had all day lost with doing nothing but looking for another hotel to leave 99 hotel the garbage dirty old hotel

Hotel lobby no air con is very hot, also Room air con spoil but they replaced the room. Over all budget living OK.

The wifi connection is bad, I already told to the receptionist but still no solution. Their explanation is that they already told to the hotel boss, but the boss seems ignorance bout this issue. The hotel smells not good.
