I stayed for two nights just waiting for my flight back to my home country. The place is strategic although the streets are confusing at first. It is just walking distance to some malls and the famous street Jalan Alor. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. Cleanliness could be improved, the sheets are quite old with some stains. Facilities are good, AC with remote, TV, and hot water bath.

The counter staff are not helpful and not friendly when we ask about how to go KLCC.

The WiFi is not working at 4th floor.

The receptionist was kind to us, always say if we need something just call them. Room also clean and for that price its really cheaper than the others. I just kind of boring with the breakfast menu. All day bread but overall this hotel very recommended! All you need is walk for a view minute then you can go shopping at pavilion and sungai wang. I'm gonna back to this hotel when I have time to visit KL again. Thank Al Jafs

Poor Room Condition
Although the location is good, 5 minutes walking distance to Jalan Alor and Changkat Bukit Bintang. Eateries everywhere which is good and there is a convenient store just 50m away. Facing a busy road (not main road but still...) so can be slightly noisy at night. I took a deluxe double room with window on 4th floor. Sadly the room looks old and dirty. Super dirty windows and of one of them can't close completely as it is broken and they tried to cover it with a curtain. It has a flatscreen TV with only 3 channels and none of them work. As good as having no tv in the room. The mattress is so uncomfortable and old that you can feel the springs poking the back while sleeping. Think is either a cheap mattress or it was exhausted used over the years There is an empty water jug for you to take complimentary drinking water outside the room (there isna water dispenser on the hallway) but no cups!. Bathroom is small which is fine but you cannot hang dry towel as it will get wet since the towel rail is next to the toilet bowl (also same place you stand for shower). Complimentary breakfast provided but no comments due to no consumption. Overall, poor maintenance and don't be fooled with the photos on the internet. Would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you have a tight budget and doesn't want to stay in hostels bunkbed, this place can do for night if you just want a place to sleep after sober from partying nearby. Otherwise, there are plenty of hotels/motels within walking distance.

BEDBUGS !!! Avoid this hotel !!
BEDBUGS in this hotel !! I had at least 50 bites of bedbugs staying in the room 205 one night ! Awful ! As it is very difficult to get rid of them, I guess they are in other rooms too. Be careful ! Check the bed first (you can see small stains characteristic of bedbugs on the sheets, sometimes dead bedbugs in the corner of the matress), but the best is to simply avoid this place and go somewhere else !

Good Hotel
Good hotel value for money, the woman manager is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very nice and very clean, with big tv and good aircon, the bed was very comfortable a nice place to stay, only things not so good is I'm not sure what it was but appeared to be a gap in the ceiling because could hear people talking in the room above, also wifi in the rooms not so good but in Malaysia wifi not good anywhere I have found.

Not a very nice hotel. The breakfast was horrible (cold scrambled eggs, chicken nuggets (?!), greasy sausages, bread that you can't toast). The coffee was alright though. We had to change rooms because our original room had a huge 2 inch gap in the window, and we were met with mosquitos flying about the room. The air con in the room wasn't working properly as it wasn't distributing the cold air evenly resulting in my getting a cold. We also used the laundry service they offered which was a big mistake. It was twice as expensive as anywhere else in south east asia (10rm per kg). We got our clothes back a day later than we were told and we received two jeans and a sock that weren't ours and found out one of our shirts was missing. We went downstairs straight away to tell the receptionist but he told us the manager would deal with it and once he was asleep we would have to wait. The next morning we went back down enquiring about the shirt again and we were sent over to the place that did the laundry with one of the staff. After 5 minutes of standing around we were told they would handle it and we could go. We asked about the shirt in the evening and were told that the laundry shop owner was at the mosque but was sorting it out for us. The next morning we had to check out and asked about the shirt again. We were sent back over to the shop which was closed. The owner then said he would call them and sort it. After 30 minutes of waiting around (time we really didn't have as we needed to catch a coach) a member of staff came over with a shirt that was the wrong colour. When we said it wasn't ours he asked what the shirt looked like (which we had told them before). We waited around further until the laundry shop owner came out to apologise, saying they'll have the shirt back (maybe) in 2-3 days. When we were obviously upset the owner of this hotel told us it's only 1 shirt, insinuating that we shouldn't kick up a fuss because of it. This whole situation was handled appallingly. We dealt with 3 male staff members through the whole episode and they just kept passing the buck to each other. (There was a very nice female staff member on the day we checked in but unfortunately we did not see her again for the duration of our stay).
