Travelling while pandemic was still at large. Granada hotel is here for you! The good👍. Room is perfect for family. Non-smoking floor. View is astounding. The Hall is perfect for any event. Good Covid-19 SOP practice. Food sent to you. Can be improved 🤗. Food can be better. The elevator not working. Lift is taking too long. (Only one functioned well)

Very smooth process. Book at 1pm and confirm booking at 1.30pm. Check in very fast and receptionist is very helpful and kind. Near to all facilities.

The hotel just in front of mall. The room is just nice and comfortable. Will come back here if coming JB again.

The Hotel location is great as opp Aeon shopping mall and it’s the Only ‘4 star’ hotel there I guess. However, hotel is quite ‘old’ and my room have bad sewage smell that can’t go off. Air con temperature set at 19 degree also perspired at night 😓 Service staff are friendly and breakfast was ok! The front desk staff told me their Air con not working during my checkout as they are still waiting for Air con spareparts? As can see a standing fan was placed at the Front desk. Overall, will not consider this Hotel again for the price I’ve paid, unless they have Upgraded it.

Clean and tidy room, friendly staffs, the only problem is the water heater is not functioning well, cold water become too hot, breakfast just ok and nothing special, we stayed here for 3 days and always nasi lemak in the line menu, good location and just opposite the aeon mall and next mcdonalds, easy to find food.
