Specifically request for large bed, and yet received 2 single bed. Called receptionist said it 's depend on availablity. Room it quite small for the price. Staff and food just good.

Family with kids trip to K. Terengganu first time. The front desk isn't enough main power. Probably it's weekend there, but room to improve as front desk always represent the image and 1st impression for their customers. Hotel with breakfast but addons additional kids breakfast, the variety looks fine but again more room to improve. Hotel is good on it location. Overall it 's satisfy and enjoyable stay.

Booked triple room for my family the room was OK for just 1 night & reasonable price. But the room is too old and the toilet is outdated got stained in the bathtub. The hotel is OK but need to refurbished.

Stayed for 3 days, room not make up. Rubish not collected. Tower not chance. Complain to duty counter, if stay longer, the room is not mske up, priority to new check in guest.

Hotel is clean. Even it is an old hotel, the staff take good care of the hotel, toilet is satisfactorily clean, elevator 's carpet is made to be easily removed and changed. Water pressure in the bathroom is high which is good. Choices of food is variety considering the price. I think the trainee made tasty omelette despite that no fancy ingredients being used. Good luck to all hotels after this pandemic struggle, may we could live our normal life back asap.
