Towel so dirty, room so dark, NO hot water to shower at night, NO mineral water, The hot water that from the dispenser totally not hot at all! I check in 2 adults 2 kids but only provide 2 towels! Run out of tissue at night, it seems like when clean the room they didn't refill it to new guest! I called the receptionist and nobody pick up the phone. Very disappointed ☹ The last thing I left my glasses there and nobody return back to me when I come back to take my luggage ☹.

Hotel is Clean and cozy. Working heater working properly. Pressure pressure is good. Staff is friendly and allow me to do late check out at 2pm. The minus point was ios devices cannot connect to wifi on my floor (12th floor). However ios device will connect properly in lobby. I already complaint about this but the staff cannot do something about it.

Very considerable staff I got. We able to check in early around 12pm after done my treatment at LWE. Excellent assist by female staff at reception. Room got upgraded and very nice! Thumbs up 👍!

- Near shopping mall.- easy to find food, 2 block from the hotel have food hawkers, one stand with fish meat bee join very good.- around this hotel have many hotels so easy find taxi or online ride.
