TV with no subtitles in english and the subtitles appear is in thai language. Aircond leaking. Staff do not clean the room because no card we can replace to inform staff clean the room. Not much channel we can watch because all the channel is rosak

The room presentation was good but the smell was terrible and i guessed it came from the toilet. Wanted to borrow air refresher from the receptionist but the guy was very cold so considering it was one night stay then i let the aircon do the cooling. yes it worked well. came back to the hotel room late so did not try the heater yet. if i can come back to add more feedback, i will do. Overall it was acceptable. Now, i remembered. the bed sheet was not cool with few hair and the up sheet not fresh look. since it was not smelly i just got used to it for the night.
