I am with my family of 3 in a family suite, although the bathroom is outside, but the location of the hostel is strategic. Although arriving at 1 am, the receptionist is waiting 24 hours, and the 4th floor hostel has a mini bar and can also order food. The area is close to everywhere, MRT, LRT, Rapid Bus transportation, looking for food is close by just walking, especially at night there are many sellers in the Sultan City Center area. It's great, cheap.

The room does not match my order or order picture. The room is very small for sleeping for a day, not very comfortable, the room is very small from the size of the room, only as wide as the length of the bed and a little space for a chair and a small safe. There are no towels, if you want to use a towel, you have to add 5RM. Whereas other types of hostels or hotels with other prices can be more comfortable and have complete facilities. The location is strategic, walking to the LRT art market is only 1 minute and to Chinatown is 2-3 minutes of leisurely walking.

The staffs there are very friendly! I arrived there at 7 AM way earlier than the time I am supposed to check-in. Although I didn't get the room, they allow me to rest at the living room and use the washroom. I showered and used the toilet and put my stuff at the reception then visited Kuala Lumpur. I came back and checked-in later that day. I took a single room without a window, queen bed, and shared bathroom. Although it is a shared bathroom, it is not that crowded. I didn't even see any guest using the toilet there (I mean they also use it but not too many people there). And the toilet is quite clean, good ventilation. With the price I paid, I must say this is a very good hotel in the middle of Chinatown. The location is also super strategic, close to Pasar Seni Station of LRT, MRT, Bus! Close to Indian Food Shops, Chinese Kopitiam, Souvenir Shops, Central Market, and other tourist attractions. And also my flight was at night and I checked-out from the room at 12, but as I have extra time… they still allowed me to rest at the living room till evening. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for my next solo travel!

PROS: The staffs were great! They were very nice and professional. There is drinking water which you can refill your nottle, big TV, free wifi and room to roam around. Washroom are clean. Location is very great, walking distance to MRT pasar seni and bus Go Kuala Lumpur, it is close to petaling street and you can walk around. Plenty of eateries nearby. CONS: 1. PLEASE change the pillow/bedsheets/towels, they are alreay yellowish. 2. The room has funny smell, because there is no air ventilation at all. If you don't like small space without window and fresh air, I am not recomending this property. 3. There was staff came inside the room after I check in when I was outside? Because I knew my stuffs were being moved * my luggage position moved. 4. I don't like the room 's smell because it got attached to my stuffs as well. The bed is also old. Please make some changes for the air circulation. 5. There are homeless people whom sleep around there in hostel area when I was there, maybe not everyday? I am not sure. 6. The guest next to me was super loud. That man keep sneezing and coughing and I was not able to sleep the whole night until morning. The wall is only thin wooden wall not brick 's wall.

Staff are very friendly. Room is a bit small and pillows are not very clean. Shared bathroom is clean. Location is very close to Central Market and Pentaling Street, however it is a bit quiet and dark at night.
