5* and will definitely book again for the same price. What I like:- Friendly and helpful staff. I had trouble with the aircon and 5 minutes after calling the receptionist from the room, I was given a solution by the maintenance guy.- Room is so clean. No complaints at all. Toilet and bedroom lamps/TV working perfectly.- The cleaning service was very professional. Towels changed, bedrooms made. Simply immaculate.- Swimming pool is a nice-to-have facility.- Gym equipments are very clean and new, also working great.- Super strategic location. Outside you can find pharmacy and minimarket within 1-2 minute walking distance. Alor is also only like 3-4 min walking distance.- Breakfast area looks super clean, and lobby area has very good ambiance with calming jazz music.- Price difference for breakfast and without breakfast is minimal, so price-wise it's worth it.- The complimentary Nespresso drinks and mineral water daily were a nice touch.- I think it's a new hotel so everything looks super clean and modern.- Travelling with 4, and the 4 of us agreed that we would book again. What I dislike:- Food in free breakfast. Although price-wise, the difference is small such that it's still worth it, for a 5* hotel, the food taste can be improved. The Nasi Lemak is not as good as street Nasi Lemak, and the things like eggs are not good enough, and some things can be warmer even though they are already warm. The pastries are good though, mostly the savory foods can be improved. Overall, visit this hotel. It's definitely worth it for its price in my opinion.

The swimming pool is quite big and there is a kids pool too. We booked a room with a large and comfortable bed. Thank you for the goodie bags for our kids.

Newly renovated hotel! Great interior, bedroom & bathroom are spacious with complete amenities, smart TV in the room, coffee maker, great breakfast with so many options (malaysian, indian, western, bakery, etc). Strategic location as it's near to Jalan Alor for street foods, Changkat for bars, Bukit Bintang and Lalaport mall are within walking distance. There's gym, swimming pool and bar by the pool also. Flat parking rate for one night. Worth every penny.
