The hotel is in a great location, convenient for night market, fancy shopping malls, and souvenir shops. Hotel facilities are nice, especially a gym and an open-air pool.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, and they even provided drinking water that was already filtered in the bathroom, so I don't need to buy it anymore. Also, they will provide you with child amenities like shampoo, toothbrush, and body wash if you bring a child or toddlers to stay. The location is close to Pavilion and Alor Street, so it's very easy to find food and go shopping. It's a very recommended hotel 👍

The location is very strategic. It's in the middle of Bukit Bintang. In my opinion, this hotel's location is more strategic than that viral hotel (SL). Because previously I stayed at SL. The hotel is spacious, the food is okay. The only downside is that the cleaning staff is a bit slow to clean the room, so when I got home in the evening the room was still messy. The room is spacious. Drinking water is available directly from the tap. The bathroom amenities are complete. Next time I go to Malaysia, I will definitely stay here again.

the staff is not friendly, unlike a 5 star international brand hotel.
such as lack of cleaning staff, because we left from morning until evening at 4-5 pm the room had not been cleaned, suddenly someone came to clean it but because we were tired from going all day it was not cleaned, incidents like this happen if 3-4 hours during a 7 hour stay

Stayed in Room 826 — very disappointing. The bathrobe smelled like sweat, clearly not washed. Room also had a bad odor, couldn’t sleep all night. Complained to CS, no apology at all.
Check-in staff was friendly but slow. For a 5-star hotel, the vibe didn’t feel luxurious. Room design was basic, though I appreciated the in-room coffee machine.
Not worth it if you’re expecting real 5-star service.

The hotel location is very strategic, with Alor street, lot 10, even to pavillon and petalling street can still be reached on foot. The price is cheap with a 5 star hotel. Every day the room is cleaned, without being asked. Thank you Hotel Royal Signature.

Things I don't like: 1. Location though it's in the center, could get very crowded, loud, and horrible to get in with a car. 2. Food is great for varieties and taste but too crowded and messy.
