Room is spacious but very old furniture & moldy, toilet is dirty with human poop and I need to clean it up by myslef. Worry to use the bed, luckily nothing happened. During stay suddently smell of cigarretes smoke come inside the room. I book online and have to wait an hour to check in because suddently my name not listed on their system.

The staffs were super nice! They're helpful and friendly. The another thing that I love about this hotel is their location. V strategic. Across the hotel, there 's thai massage (which I do highly recommend) and next to it you can eat durian (they sell good quality of durians with good price, ah don't forget to try their kwetiaw too!). If I'd suggest, it is fine to book without breakfast. You can find a lot of food near hotel just by 3-5 minutes walking in the morning! The hygiene was OK. But the hair dryer doesn't work well (bring your own 🙂) after all its 4.8/5 experience for me.

Room is very small and not so clean, the hotel is old. The price for one night is too expensive if compared to the hotel room, facilities, and even breakfast.

Some guest smoked in their room and the smell comes to our room, when I complained no action. The restaurant hygiene need priority, plates and cutlery are not cleaned properly. House keeping need checking.

I was feeling not so well @25th, so I went to take med cozz me sleepy and un focus. When I was checked out, I left my Huawei Watch D @wardrobe between twin bed. I notice few hours after I left the hotel. Then I asked my friend to go to the hotel and asked for it. After they do the investigation for a while they told my friend there is no watch left. My friend ask to see the house keeping officer who responsible to clean my ex room No 413. But the hotel refuse it. I am really dissapointed with them. Its my fault anyway to leave my watch. But how could the watch disappear like that.
