How to Get to the Hotel Sixty3

Since the Hotel Sixty3 is located in the heart of the middle of Kota Kinabalu, it is easy to get to the hotel. There are options for either driving or taking public transportation to the hotel. For those who are already in the city centre, simply take a taxi or drive to the Hotel Sixty3 that is located across the Old Town White Coffee at the Jalan Gaya.

Travelling to Kota Kinabalu is easy as the city has its own international airport. The Kota Kinabalu International Airport is just ten kilometres away from the city centre. It will take less than twenty minutes to reach the city centre from the airport. There are flights from most of the major cities in Malaysia such as Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and even from Kota Bahru. International flights usually arrive from the neighbouring Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and even South Korea, together with China. Travelling from the airport to city centre is possible by renting a car or simply take a taxi.

Different Types of Room at the Hotel Sixty3

Hotel Sixty3 has four types of room and they are all spacious. Starting with their smallest room, at 34-sqm is the Standard Twin room. The room has two Twin-sized beds and it is RM 238 a night. It has the view of the beautiful city of Kota Kinabalu. Next is the Superior King room, with a King-sized bed in a 38-sqm room. This room starts from RM 276 a night. For a family, it is best to book the Deluxe Family room that has two King-sized beds in its 39-sqm space. The room can sleep four people on the beds, comfortably. Its rate is RM 307 a night. The Hotel Sixty3 has a Suite that is a very spacious 51-sqm room with a King-sized bed. The Suite has its own sitting area, with a set of sofa and a coffee table. It starts from RM 394 a night for the biggest room at the hotel.

All of the rooms at the Hotel Sixty3 have air conditioners and the other standard basic in-room amenities such as a flat screen television, a coffee/tea maker set together with an electric kettle, a mini fridge, a writing desk and a chair, and a safety deposit box. The Suite comes with an extra amenity; a microwave. The rooms at the Hotel Sixty3 are non-smoking. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

The private bathroom in each room has a shower with hot water, a bathtub and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries are provided.

The Hotel Sixty3 has limited facilities in its building. One of their facilities is the business centre where it is complete with a small meeting room that can fit ten people comfortably. The meeting room of the Hotel Sixty3 is equipped with a projector and a screen. The hotel also has a laundry service though a surcharge will be applied when using this service. There is a money changer that is located in-house.

Interesting Place near the Hotel Sixty3

Signal Hill Observatory Platform - This is the highest point in the city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It is definitely one of the best places to get the vantage point of the city. The Signal Hill Observatory Platform is less than a couple of kilometres from the Hotel Sixty3 and the drive will take, at most, ten minutes if the traffic is packed. From the entrance, it will be required to climb stairs to get to the platform. Take the time while climbing in the cooling breeze. Enjoy the view of the city as it emerges fully as one climbing the stairs to the platform. On the platform, do appreciate the stunning view of the beautiful city of Kota Kinabalu.
