Nice experience with another half. Enjoy short getaway.
Our preferred room was suddenly not available due to 'technical issue'. They 'upgraded' our room which has no value added to us
Very nice hotel indeed. The environment is very cosy and fell good and relaxed. I enjoyed staying here and will highly recommend this hotel
Very nice hotel and beautiful garden behind the room
Great place to stay, nice decoration and quiet at night. Location is accessible.
Very nice hotel except sound proof are required to improve, we can hear water pipe sound when open from upstairs room.
I really recommended this hotel for the newly wed. the environment just make you want to to stay in room for the whole day! honeymoon call! despite the goodness, it must be something that I want to complain. the food for breakfast, I chose porridge for my daughter. no even chicken in the porridge, it a bubur kosong and the front desk staff, my husband said she was impolite to customer. Hope the hotel will improve the staff and also the menu and the presentation of the food.
Loved every single thing about this hotel! It's close to town (5 min drive), looks amazing, clean, check in/ out was fast and fuss free. There's no swimming pool but there's a big bathtub. Would definitely return
Great service, clean, nice decoration.
Overall not bad . In the middle of a lot of attractions. But have electricity shortage for 2 times, luckily once in the afternoon when we are about to go out and once in the midnight when we are sleeping.

Relaxing boutique hotel
We booked two rooms, a double and a family room which sleeps 3, for an overnight stay. Both rooms, on the ground floor, were tastefully furnished, comfortable and most importantly clean. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. The rooms open out to a verandah which has a lovely narrow water trench filled with koi fish. There is also a water feature which provided relaxing and calming sound of falling water. However, lighting in the rooms as well as soundproofing could be improved. It was a little dark and we could hear the next door occupants' conversation quite clearly. The hotel provides breakfast service but you have to place your orders the day before. Food range is limited but the taste was good. There is no other facility in the hotel except for a spa. We tried the spa and it was very good. Prices for the various spa services were quite reasonable. We were informed that the masseuses are from Bali. The service overall was great. Most of the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. We are also very pleased with the service and attitude of the 2 receptionists we met, Kim and Ati. Very friendly, obliging and helpful. Keep up the good work. This is a small Balinese designed boutique hotel located in a residential area. Quiet and relaxing. Not too far from town and the many food outlets. You can easily get an uber ride to those places if you don't have a car or feel like driving. A great place to relax.

Lovely boutique hotel in a secluded spot in the heart of Ipoh
I did a weekend trip to Ipoh with my family, for a one night stay. We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel which as the photograph indicates, has lovely Balinese style architecture both inside and outside. The reception is tastefully decorated. We took one room on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor. The ground floor room had a step-out verandah, with a narrow little Koi fish pond and a running water feature (the running water irritated me at night - a bit like having a leaky tap in your house while you are trying to sleep). The upstairs rooms had bathtubs in the bathroom while the downstairs room had a large shower stall with rain shower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were tastefully decorated. There is only a breakfast service and you have to book your breakfast the previous evening - there is a choice of congee or western continental breakfast...frankly, not a great choice but convenient if you don't want to rush off in the morning to find breakfast outside somewhere. They have spa (Thai massage) facilities (RM 200 for a 2 hour session) which my family members booked and said was a great experience. Overall, we really liked the ambience and the location on a small side lane which was in the heart of Ipoh. There is a bar set inside a large open compound right opposite the hotel, so if you do feel like eating a pizza or grabbing a drink, then you can just walk across.

Well located boutique hotel
The exterior and interior were a surprise. Never expect we could experience the Balinese style atmosphere in the city centre. We went in a group of 5, luckily there's a room with two upper deck with mattress and a small living area. The breakfast is kinda basic and the coffee is way to improve.

Perfect Staycation
Ipoh Bali is beyond amazing. Never had I imagined I could have an authentic Balinese experience within this little old town that is Ipoh. The designs of the space from the lobby to the rooms and bathrooms were impressive and unique, left me wanting for more. Great restaurants, malls, and attractions are all within 5-20 minutes by car. If you are looking for an amazing staycation experience, Ipoh Bali is the answer.

Indulged in traditional stay within city of Ipoh
Stayed 2 night in Superior room. 1 with bathtub and the hanging chair..1 with rain shower. Both rooms are lovely decorated. Love the koi in the ponds... All staff from all departments are friendly and even help me to locate where to buy petai. Raidah, Ita all are friendly... Especially the night guard... He is great. Special thanks to the breakfast crew who helps us to customised it for vegetarian. Do check out the spa... Great massage with reasonable price. The only slight problem is the location.. You need to drive... And do skip the restaurant in front.. TSG.. bad food and very expensive. But far away from town is good for a quietly stay. Will be back!
