Terrible hotel room. Wall was dirty. The mattress need to replace. The blanket is smelly. Aircond not cold. Worst experience so far 😣 Doesn't feel safe in the room as the door locked is only pushing knob. Pushed myself to stay in for the night but I really can't. Check out on the night to find another hotel room. Really not worth the money paying 7+.++

Family vacation
The receptionists they are less friendly , one of them forces us to give back the key, when we go outside. The towel not changed in 4 days stay in hotel. no lift. TV is just an ornament,useless no signal broadcast. anyway wifi, AC and hot water is not bad

Dirty bath Room, small room, noise and the door unsafe lock, but the location is recommended.

staff is very friendly. situated closely to Nu sentral and kl sentral. prepare to lift your luggage upstairs since there is no elevator

I arrived at the hotel late night but the process of check in was too slow. Staff didn’t check the book carefully as he said the booking wasn’t yet paid but it was already paid. I was unsatisfied very much. I won’t come back to this hotel anymore.

TV is not working just like my first stay on 17th february. I have to complaint to app and then they changed my room. And the 2nd stay on 20th Februari, it happen again. I get the room with malfunction tv. Need much improvement for that hotel service.
