The hotel was under renovation. But they gladly placed me in a studio room elsewhere with the same price.. the studio room was nice and comfy. Thanks for the good customer service experience

The room not like in the picture. They servise was very bad because when I and my friends check in the room they don't put the towel like in the picture, the soap they just put in the table, they say have free Wi-Fi but when my friend try to use the Wi-Fi the password was wrong not the true password, what we see in the picture not same in the realiti. Sorry I cannot give the picture because I forgot to take the picture

Smelly stairs leading to the room. No proper counter, the counter is the kitchen. Bathroom dirty with stain here and there and smelly. Toilet pump was also faulty. Can here people from the next room snoring. Aircond - decent. Did its job but no remote provided. Bed are comfy - The only good thing id say about the hotel. Towels were provided only upon request. Towels were worn out and stains everywhere. Anyway, you get what you pay. Checking out was super easy

Bad service. I paid for Queen size bedroom but after I go to the reception I've been told that the room is full. Then the only room left is single bedroom. I don't have any choice but to except it because I already paid them. Further more, I'm okay sharing toilet with other guess but the toilet don't have light,so at night you can see clearly because it's so dark. Sadly bad service.

The room is too smelly and we found someone's else pad with menstrual blood in the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
When we requested other room, the worker said other room even worst.

The pictures is totally different than the actual place. the actual place is horrible. When I first arrive the first thing I noticed was the urine soaked stairs. when we reach the reception, she ask us to wait 30 minutes and making up some excuses about the room aircond was just under maintenance. Mind you that there is no waiting lobby so I had to back down the urine stairs and wait at the nearby coffee shop. the room is okay but as I said doesn't resemble the pictures, so quite dirty. the toilet, everything is functional but not clean enough. the TV is non functional. the bed and air cond is okay but the price is too expensive for the services and the accommodation. I paid rm48 when that kind of hotel should have been rm30-40. rm40 at most. with the price I paid I could have add another rm8 and gotten a much better place. bad experience.
