The room was comfortable. But the iron section was bad, no hanging rack. The bottle spray was broken. Should be replace

I often stay in this hotel with family. Double queen bed room is just nice. Everything is on par with the charge.

Room is ok, aircond is working properly but the shower’s head is positioned direct to the toilet door, so when we take our bath, the water leak on the floor outside the toilet and flows up to the bed area.

Lobby/waiting area is very hot, not comfortable at all. The management didn't open the air cond.

The water heater is not functioning well. Called reception to fix it, one guy came and check. It was okay at first but the problem reoccur again. I don't want to call the reception and make fuss over the water heater so we and up bathing with almost cold water during the stay. And I got a pillow case with few holes, it's kinda worn out already.

The room was clean and with basic amenities. We were given room on lower floor as per our request. Might consider staying here again.
