As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: MYR 3.00 per accommodation, per night
• A damage deposit of MYR 100 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Government-issued photo identification and a cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

There is no front desk at this property. If you are planning to arrive after 12:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.
