Staff hospitality: good. Tax: 10RM, deposito is required during check in. Colour palete: too dark. Location: very strategic. Surrounding: many homeless people slept on the pedestrian walk.

I have stayed here several times, because the area was so good. I suggest that if you want to ask for something, ask for it in detail & clearly, because they will only do what you say. If you don't say anything, then your room will not be cleaned & all the towels will not be replaced with new ones, even mineral drinking water will only be given at check-in day. So ask clearly. The staff is friendly though and the room is clean:).

Nice staying here, but in front of the hotel there is bar called blue boy and very noisy. The ac also noisy in the night. But overall, all OK.

It is a great boutique hotel in Bukit Bintang area, just behind the pavilion shopping mall, various foods area and just a short walking distance to MRT station. It has helpful staff and security personnel as well. Recommended hotel for travellers and I will definitely stay in the same hotel in the next visit.

(+) -Good location.- helpful and friendly staffs.- free flow mineral water. (-)- room too small even you book a premium room.- too dark:(only 2 small downlight and a light behind your headrest)- room has black color painting, it ' s makes more scary.- need lots of improvement on bedsheets, bed, and pillow.- no place to put your things in a bathroom.- bathroom door too transparent.

Very not statisfied with the hotel service and product! I reserved for 2 nights stay, room was not been makeup by house keeping until 11pm, not complete toileteries was setup (only 1 bathgel and 1 shampoo gel). You have to ask toothbrush to reception (they will not provide to you if you are not asking). Reception was not helpful at all, we are asking information about transportation to airport. They are not helpful and less information. The service is bad. One good thing is only the location in the middle of Bukit Bintang.

The hotel location is very nice. The room was small, but clean and convenient enough for a night or two. It is a good choice to stay in Bukit Bintang area.
